Aaron Brown has done a re-set. Was it Covid? Or was it simply the time? Or was it Pearl Brown (his mother) giving him a postmortem nudge to “get on with it”?
So, you ask: who is Aaron Brown? Guitarist (truly a multi-instrumentalist), and composer Aaron Brown is FuBop Collective. FuBop is a collection of sounds that represents who he has become at this stage of his musical journey. Aaron’s path has taken him into countless recording sessions and gigs as side man and collaborator with  Roy Ayers, John Lewis, Onaje Allen Gumbs, Omar Hakim, Trevor Gale, Buddy Williams, Marcus Miller, Doc Powell, Pete Belasco, Carol Steel, Mauricio Smith, Wayne Brathwaite, Glen Jones, Freddie Jackson, Tanya Willobough, Melissa Morgan, Miles Jaye, Kevin Jenkins, Warren McCray, Carmen Lundy, Larry Elgart Big band, Charlie Palmier, Connie james, Paul Lawrence, Lisette Wilson, Harlem Boys Choir, Ronnie Drayton, Gus Falcon, Gordon Jones, Raymond Jones, Sharon Bryant, Linda Watson-Brown and many more.
